Bernard MAYJONADE is an engineer graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications of Paris and from the Center for International Studies of Industrial Property of the University of Strasbourg (CEIPI).

He is active particularly in the fields of watchmaking, mechanics, medical devices, electricity and telecommunications, as well as in trademark and design laws. Bernard MAYJONADE is a Swiss and European patent attorney, a former French patent attorney and a member of professional IP associations AIPPI, AROPI and VESPA.

In the area of patents, in addition to filing and granting procedures, Bernard MAYJONADE regularly assists clients in litigations, oppositions, negotiations or the drafting of contracts. His working languages are French and English.
