Inès RICHARD holds a master in intellectual property and digital law. She gained experience working in law firms, in-house legal departments, and at a renowned industrial property firm in Paris.

She joined Kirker in summer 2025. She assists a diverse range of clients, including entrepreneurs, SMEs, start-ups and multinationals, with filing and managing their trademark portfolios, developing their strategy, defending their rights and resolving disputes. She provides bespoke advice tailored to their specific challenges and objectives.

Given the close ties between the two firms, Inès RICHARD shares her expertise with MICHELI’s clients and staff in her capacity as a consultant specialising in trade mark law.
