Freshly graduated from the engineering school Polytech Nice Sophia, section Biological Engineering, Marine started her career as a patent engineer in 2011 in Sophia-Antipolis within a private consulting firm. She then completed her training at the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI) where she obtained diplomas for the “Patents” and “Trademarks and Designs” specializations.
She then moved to Switzerland where she became head of industrial property for a laboratory specialist in infant nutrition.
She joined Micheli & Cie in 2016 and has since diversified into other technical fields such as watchmaking and mechanics.
Marine ZHENDRE’s expertise includes conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate studies, drafting patent applications, monitoring the resulting examination and grant procedures (European, French and foreign), monitoring opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office, filing supplementary protection certificates (SPC) and monitoring the associated examination and grant procedures.
Marine has been a professional representative before the European Patent Office since 2018 and is a member of the professional IP association AROPI.
